About Us
Winterincrete.com is an initiative from Tourist Services Satellite, a
travel and tourist agency based in Rethymno on the main beach road just opposite the new
harbour and the E.O.T office ( The Official Greek Tourist organization). We found many offices on the internet directing their program and power on the summer tourism, that’s why we decided to concentrate on the winter guest.
Over the last few years winter tourism has been growing enormously on Crete. More and more hotel owners,
car and bike rental companies and organizers of activity holidays are realizing that this market for Crete is nearly undiscovered and we try to fill
this gap in the market with our fully ranged services. Our office is open all
year round for all your emails, our personal service on the island and all the questions
you might have. Tourist Services Satellite is licensed by E.O.T., which
means we operate according to the Greek Law concerning Tourism.

Once we receive your reservation request for accommodation, rental car or activity, we will reply to your email, fax or call with a confirmation in which we describe precisely what you must do to be sure that your request can be dealt with with our utmost care. For some services a deposit is requested for others we just need your flight details and the payment can be made here on Crete. Please note that it’s wise to make sure that your travel or health insurance is covering illness or accidents for the time you are away from your home country.
We insure you that the service we deliver meets our description as we explained in our web pages or in other correspondence. If you can prove however that we did not supply the requested service(s), than we will find a suitable alternative that meets your wishes.

Today with internet it’s so easy to book your accommodation in Greece. You choose a destination and a hotel and your job is done. But what you see is not always what you get. Photos can give an ideal impression, descriptions can be like poems, but on your day of arrival, the reality can be quite different - the room has no sea view, doesn’t look clean, for Satellite TV you must pay extra etc.
Why not use the help from an official travel agent on the spot. We know the places that we offer for rent. We know the owners and fixed the best rates with them. Because you are not the only guest we have for this hotel. We deliver…., but we also have our demands!! All this we “transform” in the best service for our guest and that’s why we say:

- Ask anything you want if something is not clear
- Give us a good indication of your holiday ideas, the period and number of guest.
- Than make your reservation
- We reply fast with our conditions
- Than we reserve the accommodation or activity and we demand a written confirmation from the supplier
- If something might occur in the time before you arrive on your destination, we will inform you and you decide if you continue with the reservation.
- If something changes in your plans or you must cancel the reserved program, please send us an email asap. so we can inform third parties.
- All this we do to make you a satisfied guest and nothing is more important for us.
At the places where we are not based, this is the city of Rethymno, we have representing offices that are ready to help you with their personal service.
