In the village Atsipopoulo, just West of Rethymnon on the Old National Road, a good friend of mine is renting out the ground floor of his house.

The house is fully furnished, and consists of an open kitchen, a bathroom with bath and a washing machine, a tasteful living room with satellite TV and  two bedrooms with double beds. All are very nicely decorated.

The house has also a large veranda where you can relax and have lunch. In addition to this there is a big garden with sun beds and umbrella.

The house has sea view and is close to supermarkets, post office, bus station etc.

The rent is very reasonable and the 1st floor is the owner living.

The house is for rent from November 2008 until May 2009.
