General Conditions

In the winter in most holiday resorts the hotels close. Other city hotels stay open, but since we feel that many guests would not prefer a winter holiday in a busy town with all its noises, we went also on the look out for small villas and peaceful situated apartments. Here you can enjoy your winter time on Crete in your own setting, timetable and make your live as pleasant as you are used at home.

We have selected a number of accommodations which we believe are nice to spend your winter time here on Crete. The list is not complete yet, so check again if our first choices are not yours. We update the list frequently with new offers.

We know each accommodation in and out, give you information about the area and what you may expect there in the winter. Like - is there supermarket and a bakery in the nearby village or maybe a nice tavern where you can eat the traditional winter dishes. You prefer the beaches close by, we inform you about the shortest distance to make a jump in the clearest water from Europe. Bus schedules, taxi service, doctors and pharmacies everything is mentioned within our accommodation offer. All you have to do is let us know your choice for your winter home.

All the accommodations can be reserved under the following conditions.

• Self catering
• Self cleaning daily, once per week by the owner and on request more with extra cost..
